I didn’t see the arrow until I was reviewing what images I took today.
It does certainly add interest.
These two were walking each other during the Noon hour. As I was looking through my viewfinder, I spyed them out of the other eye (not the one looking through the viewfinder).
A quick re-focus (bravely on manual focus for a while), and bingo: there it is. The whole time could not have been more than 2 seconds. I missed a shot with the dog in better view. Just out of the frame, to the right, is the side of a chair in my office, blocking the view.
I couldn’t help but take this video of my Karen Sue walking at the beach tonight at sunset.
We’ve had a great time unwinding.
Wish we had another week together here.
We’ve previously stayed at Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, near Savannah, GA. We love the natural feel of the island - low buildings, and trees everywhere boarding the major streets. There’s only one road on and off the island though. That can get a bit bothersome.
Here in Myrtle Beach, there’s many routes around. There’s more commercialism, but it’s easy to find pockets of nature and peace here.
I believe we’ll come back. Perhaps fly down next time.
