Salvia Saviour

The symbiotic relationship between plants and insects, shown here as the bumble bee picks up some pollen from the Salvia plant. The bees gather pollen for food, and the plant gives some pollen to be carried by the bee, deposited on another plant in part of the pollination cycle of life.

The bee receives and gives. The plant gives and in return, makes the growth of new plants possible.

Without bees doing their part in this cycle of life, there’d likely be great famines, many fruits and vegetables would be rare.

Besides, the bees are beautiful to watch, as they go about the business of life.
