Good advice, for anytime, especially when walking in Lincoln Memorial Garden, along Lake Springfield.
The weather was great. Warm but not oppressive with tolerable humidity. A nice respite from last week’s intense heat.
This canopy of leaves was glowing with the strong sunlight shining down. I set a small aperture to get that flare effect, then moved around until I got the sun just peeking through a small gap in the leaves.
What a wonderful variety that nature provides. All I had to do was, look up.
