My musings on the subjects of my camera range far and wide. Usually, when I start to write a companion piece of prose to go along with the accompanying image, I spend a few seconds looking and then, when a reaction bubbles up from inside, I let my muse take over my hands to type out the text. Often times, the real reaction and point of my writing evolves as it is written, taking even me by surprise.
Today, this is a simple reaction to a touch of beauty.
A splash of color, full of pink, red, and magenta, on top of a mostly green backdrop. The dashes of yellow, haphazardly thrown in at the edges.
Just and simply lovely to look at.
I do not know what flowers these are, nor do I really care to name them.
They are delicate, delicious bits that delight my eyes, and bring soothing rest to my soul.
They’re cyclamen ‘tho it hardly matters. What does is that they are pretty pretty pretty!
