I can just imagine Han Solo making the titled exclamation were the Star Wars character in a situation such as this.
I spied this in a school parking lot, as I was heading to my car. The Millennium Falcon starship, upside down on the asphalt pavement. By the looks of it, it has been there for a while, getting run over more than once, grinding bits of the black tar and grit into it’s grey exterior.
I so wanted, for a fleeting second, to pick it up for my own. But I couldn’t do that. I could just hear the pleas of its rightful owner who, discovering the disappearance of one of their favorite playthings, begging to head back to search the vast lot for the treasured toy. It would be quite a task considering that the object of his longing is just over an inch in length.
So, I did the next best thing. I grabbed my camera from the car, and fired off three quick frames, each at different focal lengths (using my 16-50mm zoom). This one was the best of the lot, of course it’s the last one.
I’m tempted to go by there tomorrow, just to see if Han or Chewbacca have managed to right the ship and fly it out of there. Or if the pleas where heard, and one slightly battle worn toy is now back in the hands of its rightful owner, already flying dangerous missions of the imagination.
One can hope.

love it, love it, love it. O Hans where are you?
