The main or lower lagoon at Washington Park.
The late afternoon twilight, enhanced by the foggy mist, gives this a impressionist painting effect. The grain caused by my having to use a high ISO setting to get adequate light, serves the photo in my view, and does not detract from it.
Looks quite relaxing to me.
