Driving into downtown Springfield, on Monroe Street, I spotted this sign and stopped.

This sign is on an office building on the South side of the street near Pasfield Street.

It’s really a subtle glow on the top of the building. I might have passed by here a hundred times and never noticed it.

Tonight it lept out and hit my eyes.

Easy enough to pull into the dry cleaners next door, and roll down the passenger window a bit. Using my camera’s live view, I was able to frame while still in the driver’s side. It was cold and very windy outside.

I first cropped it center, but changed it to this crop, giving it a simiilar position that it has on the building: upper left.
