So there we are, me about to leave my sister Trish’s place, and out the door, when I remark “Hey, I forgot my camera inside!” For shame. =)
Just as I was setting up to take a brother – sister self portrait (it’s Trish’s birthday) when my Flickr friend wizardjks from Pakistan calls to wish Trish a happy birthday too!
So I put my friend on speakerphone, and included him on the self portrait.
It’s out of focus, as I was laughing too much at all the confluence of events to concentrate on getting this perfect.

It was early in Wednesday morning in Pakistan, so my friend said his eyes were a bit puffy from sleep. Thank goodness we don’t have video-cellphones, yet. =)
Maybe we will one day. After all, Dick Tracy had a two-way wrist radio (and it may have been tv, also) watch that was the ultimate in crime-fighting back in the day. You two are a super duo.
