It’s been over a year and a half since the surgery to repair my broken arm. The surgery was successful, very successful – the arm is still attached and functioning. Not 100%, but near it. But let’s just say my arm and I have come to an accommodation. I’ll put up with the pain and soreness, and it’ll keep doing what I ask it to do.
The sheepskin pillow my arm is resting on is an accommodation for the elbow. The pillow is designed to use as a neck rest while riding a car, but I use it as a buffer for my sore elbow. Works for me!
You can see that I decorate my work area with photos of family and friends. All folks who have allowed me to capture their likeness. Nice to have a friendly set of faces to glance at now and then.
