An appropriate photo for today.
I have a sinus infection and am experiencing it’s effects – headache and occasional vertigo.
Sometime after my 30′s I started to get sinus headaches, and all manner of associated symptoms. No amount of medical treatment has banished them for good. So, I live with it without complaining too often.
I’ve been relatively symptom free for months, and very grateful for it.
Yesterday, my first inkling was a wave of vertigo when I quickly moved my head from left to right. “Uh oh, I’ve got it again” was my thought. No wonder I’ve been feeling tired the last week or so.
Today, it came out in force with an eye puffing headache.
So I rested and did those things which have helped in the past.
This photo reminds me of the layer of pain and symptoms which separate me from my normal life, when I have a flare up like this. I noticed the grille on top of our sun deck table, and pointed up for this. I’m not in focus, but then neither is much today.
Tomorrow is another day.

You look grate. arf, arf.
