I agree – I told her it’s my “Karen’s taking the photo and I’m looking to see if she’s doing it the way I would, but she’s entirely capable of doing it herself, look.” If you know what I mean. =)
We had gathered at my sister Trishies’ place to greet and eat with Bret, Rebecca, Harmond and Warner on their cross-country trek in their rental RV. They looked none the worse for wear.
My brother John made it over and we had fun. We used Rebecca’s Mac Book to connect via Skype with my brother, Rebecca’s dad, Nick and Mary Ann in Virginia. When her battery gave out, we hooked up via John’s cell speaker-phone. We’re a techno group.
Before John left, we got a group photo in, which I am bending bounds, to usea as my Self Portrait today.
It was Warner’s 4th birthday plus one day, so we sang Happy Birthday and had goodies (I did have a finger full!).
