There are times when the sun makes it’s magic.

This was one of the special times.

I looked up and saw the rainbow patterns from the setting sun bouncing off the crystals in our dining room chandelier.

Grab the camera and away I went.

Rainbows are the theme of our marriage. Hand colored rainbows were on the wedding program at our wedding. Rainbows followed us on our 25th wedding anniversary in Hawaii during that’s day’s boat tour - we saw, and I photographed, dozens of them during the trip.

So, both my bride Karen and I love rainbows. A reminder of our constant love. There might be clouds, rain, and thunderstorms, but the rainbow comes out to remind us of our commitment.
