I had a zillion different ideas for a self portrait today. Well, perhaps that’s exaggerating. =)

I had my camera out, taking the sunset once again. While waiting for the light to change – not a traffic light – I noticed the car mirror.

I started thinking how to incorporate it into a self portrait, and this came up.

My finger on a journey of self discovery in the mirror.

Look close enough and you can see my finger print.

My laptop has a fingerprint reader, which I use to login. It’s a handy (pun intended) and also frustrating feature. I have to drag my digit very carefully across the face of the reader. I’m getting better the more I use it (I can use a password as an alternative).

Good enough for a self portrait in my way of thinking. =)
