I noticed that the sunlight was reflecting a fairly clear image of my coat rack.

Ah Ha! An idea is created.

I set up my camera on my gorillapod, set the timer, used manual focus.

Step into the light near the white board and here you are.

A shadow - with some detail - of me. You can see the outline of my name-badge on my shirt.
