I asked Jennie if she would model for me.

The intent is to add “Senior Portrait” photos to my portfolio.

Chris & Jennie happily agreed to the outing.

Chris ended up doing duty as my off-camera flash assistant and fellow photographer to discuss ideas with. He came up with some nice poses as well (Thanks Chris!).

This one is on top of a parking ramp.

We were going to explore downtown Springfield, but the ramp and environs around it provided many opportunities for interesting scenes.

Here, Jennie leans against a while cement block wall.

Chris bounced the flash over my shoulder, filling in for the overcast sky.

The white wall reflected that light back to Jennie’s face.

I like the tilt of her head and the very natural smile. =)
