My brother Larry & his bride Beverly

They celebrated 50 years together with family and friends at their daughter Katherine’s and her husband Chris’ home today.

I had the pleasure of recording some of the various groups using my shoot-through umbrellas and strobes.

It was a learning experience, and fun. =)

Larry may be 20 years older than I am, but he runs rings around me with his energy. Whether in gardening, or otherwise, he is a true renaissance man.

His love for his bride Beverly is deep. Their love for each other has weathered many hills and valleys and endured.

They have four loving and talented daughters and eight grandchildren. The fruits of their love.

I loved being there today.

I find them and their love and faithfulness to be a great example for my bride Karen and me.

I hope we make it to 50 years together and beyond, as Larry & Bev have and will.
