Before choir practice tonight.

Put on my 50mm 1.4 – one sharp, luscious, bodacious bokeh of a lens.

Set it to 1.4 and 100 ISO and Apature Priority.

Started walking and taking photos, looking at the background as much as the foreground for contrast and that creamy bokeh.

Whoooeee Baby! Got some nice ones.

This is an evergreen bush. I put the dark green lawn behind this outcrop of tiny bristles.

Nice backdrop.

It’s amazing what is right in front of my eyes, when I take time to look.
